This track was recorded live at Ondrej’s christening of his new CD Didgeridoo Solo 2.
The venue was a small gothic church, one of the oldest in Prague dating back over 800Years.
With seating room for about 60 people, it did not quite accommodate for the 200 or so people that ended
up squeezing in. The acoustics in this church are amazing so naturally Ondrej didn’t use any amplification whatsoever.
On this track he is using a Didgeridoo in the key of D sharp. Ondrej calls this stick SuperDidg as it
epitomizes the perfect Didgeridoo. Small mouthpiece and thin neck, tapering perfectly into a huge bell, it is
about 180cm long. This recording was made using an Iriver H340 mp3 recorder and a Sony ECM 900 microphone.
