CD - Didgeridoo Solo

In the spring of 2004, Ondrej Smeykal launches his first didgeridoo solo album - the self-produced Didgeridoo Solo.
"I didn't use any samples (formerly prepared recordings) or the layering of playback. The effects used (delay, and similar) were added afterwards; in the same way in which I work with them during live electro-acoustic performances."

The cover is printed using the traditional graphic technique of printing from surface - lithography. The technique employs polished limestone; it takes advantage of two different reactions of the stone to an oily drawing while making use of its water-resistant quality. For every individual print the stone has to be newly covered by colour and subsequently wiped using water. The print was made in one of the few lithography workshops in the country, in the shop of Petr Korbelar. The first 50 prints were signed by Ondrej as an authorial print and they have collector's value. (It is also possible to order a CD with this graphical signature for 1000 CZK)
